OUR STORY

Pillar Network was born from a simple but powerful idea: small businesses deserve better options for supporting employee health, and independent healthcare providers deserve a platform that helps them thrive.

As healthcare costs continued to rise and insurance networks became more complex, small business owners found themselves caught between unaffordable premiums and limited benefits. On the other side, local medical providers faced overwhelming administrative burdens and shrinking reimbursements, making it harder to provide the personalized care their patients deserve.

We knew there had to be a better way.

Founded by a team of healthcare professionals and business leaders who understand both sides of the struggle, Pillar Network bridges the gap. We created a direct-access platform where businesses can allocate flexible “Pillar Credits” to their employees, giving them real purchasing power to access services from in-network providers. This model not only allows businesses to offer meaningful healthcare benefits without the red tape of insurance but also ensures providers are paid fairly and directly.
